Useful before you commit
Is electricity included in monthly rent?
No. Electricity is measured and billed separately for monthly guests, and the charge is itemised on your monthly statement.
Can I use a studio for Airbnb or another commercial activity?
Please select commercial use while booking and tell us about the intended activity. Acceptance remains subject to the signed agreement, building rules and applicable law.
How is a mid-month move-in charged?
We calculate the part-month rent from your move-in date to the next monthly rent date and show the exact period separately from rent and deposit.
What happens if I leave during lock-in?
Your signed agreement governs the stay. It explains the notice period, lock-in conditions and any applicable consequences in advance.
