Useful before you book
Is electricity included in monthly rent?
No. Electricity is measured and billed separately for monthly guests, and the charge is itemised on your monthly statement.
Who can occupy a monthly studio?
Monthly studios are offered for the private residential use of the named guest and registered occupants under the signed agreement.
How is a mid-month move-in charged?
We calculate the part-month rent from your move-in date to the next monthly rent date and show the exact period separately from rent and deposit.
What happens if I leave during lock-in?
Your signed agreement governs the stay. It explains the notice period, lock-in conditions and any applicable consequences in advance.
