These terms govern use of the JAIPUR EDIT website, guest accounts and direct online reservation services.

Book with
accurate details
By creating an account or making a reservation, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate, that you are authorised to act for the named guests, and that you are at least 18 years old.
The booking summary, rate, payment deadline, cancellation terms and the agreement shown for your selected stay form part of your reservation terms. Monthly guests receive a separate leave-and-licence agreement with the confirmed rent, deposit, tenure, lock-in and notice conditions.
01Availability and room allocationRoom availability changes in real time. We may assign any available studio from the room style you select unless a specific studio is confirmed in writing.
02Payment holdWhere the booking flow states a two-hour payment deadline, the unpaid reservation may be cancelled automatically and the room released when that period ends.
03Identity and occupancyEvery adult occupant must provide an accepted identity document and accurate guest details before check-in. Fraudulent, altered or unrelated documents may result in refusal or cancellation.

Cancellation & refund
Amounts received are non-refundable when a guest cancels unless JAIPUR EDIT approves a refund in writing. Any approved refund may be full or partial, but cannot exceed the amount actually received.

Keep account access secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for actions taken through your account until we are notified.
Protected account accessAcceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or use another person’s identity without lawful authority.
Safe access for everyoneService availability
We work to keep online services available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may correct obvious pricing, availability or technical errors before final confirmation.
