At JAIPUR EDIT, flexible stays cover one to ninety nights with no security deposit. Monthly stays cover one to twenty-four months and use a refundable deposit equal to two months of the selected monthly rent.
Monthly electricity is not included in rent and is billed separately by use. The booking flow shows the selected rent, any part-month calculation, the deposit and relevant dates before payment. That keeps a longer Jaipur stay understandable from the beginning.

At JAIPUR EDIT, flexible bookings can run from one to ninety nights. For a longer planned duration, choose a monthly contract from one to twenty-four months.
Is there a deposit for an extended stay?
Flexible stays have no security deposit. Monthly stays have a refundable deposit equal to two months of the selected monthly rent, subject to the signed terms.
Is electricity included in monthly rent?
No. Electricity for monthly guests is billed separately by use.
Can a monthly stay end early?
The applicable lock-in and notice terms appear in the signed agreement. An early exit can affect the deposit and may create an additional rent obligation under those terms.
